1.  Randy Farrar, Attorney at Law (Law Firm, hereinafter LF) agrees to provide legal services to Client (you) relative to traffic/non-traffic Class C infraction(s) (citation/ticket) and client hereby agrees to retain and employ the LF for the representation of client in said case, and in no other cases. LF does not represent Client in any other civil or criminal actions related to said traffic infraction(s). Client agrees to pay as follows: The flat fee is per traffic/non-traffic Class “C” infraction, which does not include a trial. If a trial is requested an additional fee will be required or LF will have the right to withdraw from representation. Additional traffic/non-traffic Class “C” infraction(s) would require an additional $20 flat fee payment. The Original Fee is the higher of the two fees. If one of the tickets meet the criteria for the Package 2 $225 fee then that fee applies first. LF will send an invoice for the additional $20 flat fee payment.

2.  Responsibility to provide legal services will be accepted and work will begin upon receipt of all required documentation and payment of the correct flat fee. The fee is a nonrefundable initial retainer that is deemed earned upon commencement of representation.

3. Client understands that if the Court date for the traffic/non-traffic Class “C” infraction is within two (2) business days, an additional $25 expedite fee is required for LF to represent the Client.
Example: Court date on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, but your information was not submitted on or before Friday, July 9, 2021, then the Client would be required to pay the additional $25 expedite fee or LF would not be able to represent them. Please submit the contact form and pay the standard flat fee, then call us immediately at (469) 534-5026 to pay the additional fee. LF will then expedite the review of your documentation for the case. LF will send an invoice for the additional $25 expedite fee and expects it to be paid immediately before starting Representation.

4.  Client authorizes LF to enter a plea of guilty, no-contest or not guilty with the Court and understands that there is no guarantee the Court will Withhold Adjudication (no points). Client understands LF cannot guarantee any result and makes no such guarantees. Client understands the Court can impose the maximum allowable penalty. Client authorizes LF to request a driver improvement school or other Court Ordered classes if it is necessary for the Court to withhold adjudication. Client understands that certain courts may require payment upfront, proof of current insurance, and/or proof of a valid driver’s license to receive deferred adjudication.

5.  Client agrees to receive final court order to the provided email. Client agrees to update LF on any change in contact information within 5 days.

6. Client agrees to pay the fee(s), fine(s), charge(s) assessed, or task(s) within the time allowed by the Court. I understand that if any above items are not paid/completed by me, a warrant will be issued for my arrest. I understand that the fee paid does not include appearance at show cause hearings.

7.  Client agrees to contact LF immediately if Client does not receive a response from LF within 3 days of hiring LF to assure LF received all electronic information.

8.  By submitting payment Client agrees to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
