 HOW DO I GET TRAFFIC TICKETS OFF MY RECORD? WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Please Review Details Below:

1. Carefully Read the Terms and Conditions, then take a picture of your Citation as you will upload it in the next step.  A Copy of Your Driver’s License and a Copy of Insurance will be required as well.

2. Retain our services by selecting your package and purchasing online (your receipt will be emailed). We will review your submission within one (1) business days. We offer a $25 expedite service if your Court date is within 2 business days of submission. We will let you know if we need additional information or not to get started. If submission is incorrect and it really should be a different package or a different price structure, then we will contact you to remedy. If we receive a response, then we will proceed accordingly. If no response within three business days, then we will refund the fees and send an e-mail and mail a letter of non-representation for lack of contact.

3. When we have all proper documentation, we will send an e-mail confirming our representation.

4. We attend up to three (3) court hearings. Note: some Courts require the Defendant be in the Courthouse on hearing dates, while other Courts only requires your attorneys attendance. We will let you know via e-mail if you are required to attend. We ask that you confirm you will attend.

5. We will have your authority to plea bargain on your behalf with the prosecutor to handle your ticket, including entering a plea of guilty or not guilty on your behalf. (If a plea bargain cannot be reached, then you understand that a non-refundable retainer of approximately $500 will be required two weeks prior to your trial Court date.) This initial contract is for representation for a plea bargain only.

6. We will inform you of the outcome by the end of the next business day.

7. You will be responsible for all associated court costs, all associated fines, any defensive driving school (if applicable), and any tasks needed to resolve the case within the time allowed by the Court.
