By requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages from the Randy Farrar Campaign (“Sender”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through our messaging platform (“Platform”), you accept these Terms and Conditions (“Opt-In”).
Opting In
You authorize Sender to use auto dialer or non-auto dialer technology to send text messages to the cell phone number associated with your Opt-In. You also authorize Sender to include campaign-related content in any such messages. You do not have to Opt-In or agree to Opt-In as a condition of receiving any services from the Sender.
You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to Opt-In.
You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your Opt-In. You agree that in addition to the main messages that Sender may provide, you may receive one or more welcome messages or administrative messages, such as a request to confirm your Opt-In.
About the Text Message Services
Message and data rates may apply. You must have a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, be using a participating wireless carrier, and be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service. Not all cellular phone providers carry the necessary service to participate. Check your phone capabilities for specific text messaging instructions.
Messages from the Randy Farrar Campaign may include campaign updates, get out the vote messaging, early voting reminders, and election information. Message frequency varies. Sender may terminate any messaging services or your participation in it at any time with or without notice. Your opt-out request will generate a confirmation text.
To opt out: Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You may receive one additional confirmation message after opting out. These Terms and Conditions still apply after you opt out.

Privacy
No mobile information will be shared by third parties with us or by us with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with us or by us with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Age Requirement
You may not use or engage with the Platform if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) you must have your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to do so.
